St Peter’s Community Arts Academy’s mission is to provide high-quality “Arts for All.” Thanks to the generosity of the Wyckoff Family Foundation, The Dave and Brenda Rickey Foundation, and the Episcopal Diocese of Rochester, and other private donors, SPCAA can provide financial aid scholarships to many students.

The scholarship cycle happens at the beginning of the academic year (July 1 – June 30). The school year scholarship application will open on AUGUST 5, 2024. All completed applications will be reviewed and processed, and decisions will be made by AUGUST 23, 2024. Families should receive a Scholarship Award Letter by the end of August so that they can proceed with confidence and enroll in fall lessons, classes and choirs. Once students are enrolled, the scholarship discount will be applied to the Family/Student Portal

We have three scholarship types: general financial aid to offset the cost of tuition, merit aid for returning students/familes that want to increase lesson time amounts or add classes, and Neighbors of Geneva Aid for students who live outside of Geneva City School District and want to start or continue their performing arts education.  If students start part way through the year, scholarship requests are considered half way through the year (in January) and/or case-by-case, as most scholarship funds have been allocated in August.

Families are asked to apply as soon as possible. The scholarship application cycle is open twice a year – August and January (mid-year).  Please note: If you are applying for financial aid you must include some supporting financial documentation (tax return is preferred, one month of all household paystubs will also be accepted). The first two pages of your last tax return should be emailed, mailed to, or dropped off at the Academy office within one week of the application submission.

Please note that you must have your Registration/Account Set up in our system for fall enrollment. As stated above, after you receive you Scholarship Award Letter, you will enroll in classes/lessons through the Family/Student Portal, and then we will credit the scholarship amount to the Family/Student Account.
